Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and you have received a confirmation email from Crown Jewel Parties. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of submitting your enquiry form. Please ensure you have received confirmation of your payment.
All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which must be accepted by the client. This applies whether the booking is made via our enquiry form, email, or over the phone.
We understand that plans can change. Parties can be rescheduled depending on entertainer availability, up to 12 months from the date your deposit was paid.
If you wish to cancel your party entirely, the deposit is non-refundable.
Once your deposit has been received, you will be sent a receipt via email detailing the deposit paid, remaining balance, and all party details including character, date, and time.
On rare occasions, your chosen character may become unavailable. In such cases, we will do our utmost to offer a suitable alternative that you are happy with.
Our entertainers will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances. Should an entertainer feel threatened or uncomfortable, they reserve the right to end the party immediately.
We reserve the right to change which entertainer is assigned to your party. While we will always aim to notify you, this may not always be possible. Your assigned entertainer will contact you in the week leading up to your party.
Crown Jewel Parties is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather or emergencies). You will only be charged for the time the entertainer is present at the party.
Any request for a specific entertainer may incur an additional fee, depending on location.
The remaining balance is to be paid to your entertainer on the day of the party, unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed.
Additional travel charges may apply depending on the distance and location of your party. If you change the venue address without informing us, additional travel fees may be applied.
Crown Jewel Parties is not responsible for any personal party costs outside of the services we provide. We reserve the right to make changes to props, equipment, games, or the structure of the party if needed.
All costumes, characters, wigs, jewellery, and props used by Crown Jewel Parties are our own creations and are not associated with any branded or copyrighted characters. We respect intellectual property laws and do not claim any affiliation.
Entertainers are paid for the time they spend at your party. Activities, games, costumes, or props are included within this time and do not influence the payment for the entertainer.
